HOLIDAY COLLECTION SCHECULE for LABOR DAY- MONDAY-SEPTEMBER 2

The City of Memphis government will observe Labor Day on Monday, September 2, 2024.There will be NO solid waste collection service for residents serviced by the City of Memphis Solid Waste Management or the  contractor, Team Waste on Monday, September 2 (the holiday).

Residents serviced by Team Waste will receive all collection services one day later during the week of September 2nd; with Friday customers being serviced on Saturday.

Residents serviced by the City of Memphis crews whose regular collection day is Monday or Tuesday will be collected on Tuesday, September 3rd. Excess trash and yard waste services for Monday and Tuesday customers will be limited.

Remember to have carts at the curbside by 7:00 AM on collection day. Customers whose regular collection days are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are not affected. There may be delays due to the holiday volume, please leave carts at the curb on your collection day if you have not received service.
