Happy December to you and yours! We are extremely excited to share with you our upcoming calendar of events and invite you out to our 2nd annual big community holiday celebration, the Jingle-N-Jam Drive thru party on Friday, December 17 from 11 am - 1pm at Oak Street Health. Attached are the flyers for the event and our December events.

I also wanted to also take this time to make you all aware that as of December 17, 2021, I will no longer serve as Outreach Director of the Frayser Oak Street Health clinic. 

 

Although I am saddened to transition away from this team, I am excited about the new director who will serve this community and continue to make quality patient care a    top priority. I appreciate Oak Street Health, my team members, leadership and the Memphis community for allowing me to express my passion which is to help others access better health care. Since December 2019, I have believed in the mission of Oak Street Health and have seen the amazing impact our nurses and doctors have made in the lives of our patients. Oak Street really does strive to keep patients happy, healthy and out of the hospital 😊. 

 

My commitment to advocating for my community’s wellness has not changed and I plan to remain connected to this work, as it is what motivates me daily. To all the wonderful and compassionate people I have connected with - thank you for your trust, support and faith in the many visions I have shared with you to help expand our outreach network. With your guidance, I have had the pleasure to experience so much success. 

 

Thanks for such an amazing two years.
