Level III notification meeting scheduled for Tuesday
Level 3 predatory offender Phoebus Phaeton Apollo aka: Francois James Bee Madison (dob: 11/21/1979) has moved into St. Paul, and registered to live in the 200 block of Goodrich Ave., St. Paul MN 55102.
A community notification meeting regarding Apollo will be held Tuesday, March 27th, 2012 at 6 p.m. The meeting will take place at The Salvation Army Community Center, located at 401 W. 7th Street, St. Paul MN 55102.
