Picnic shelter and picnic tables at Como Regional Park

Online park permit lottery now open

Our annual park permit lottery has gone virtual this year! Saint Paul residents and business who are interested in reserving a picnic shelter, pavilion, Raspberry Island, Kelly's Landing, Upper Landing Park, or our infamous booya shed in 2021 may enter the online lottery at stpaul.gov/parkpermits or call Parks Customer Support at 651-266-6400. All entries received by Dec. 21 at 4:30pm will be randomly sorted, and lottery results and further instructions will be provided to entrants. Due to the high demand for certain dates and locations, the lottery system is used to give residents and businesses an equal opportunity to make reservations for in-demand picnic shelter and pavilion locations and dates.
