Announcing St. Paul City Council Special Meeting on August 23, 2019

ANNOUNCING:  The St. Paul City Council will have a special meeting on Friday, August 23 at 4:30 PM.   The City Council will consider whether to direct the City Clerk to notify the County Auditor to place a referendum of Ord 18-39 on the November 5, 2019 ballot and approving the title and language for that ballot.
