NOTICE OF LEGISLATIVE HEARING

 

A License Hearing is scheduled for Thursday, February 15, 2018 in front of the Legislative Hearing Officer to address concerns/objections raised from letters received in the Council Offices related to the following license applications:

  • 10:00 A.M. - EPH Auto, 670 Snelling Avenue N., for an Auto Repair Garage license, and

 

  • 2:00 P.M. - Hodges Bend, 2700 University Avenue W., Suite 100, for a Liquor On Sale – 100-180 Seats and Liquor On Sale – Sunday licenses.

 

You are invited to attend and participate.

                           15 West Kellogg Boulevard

                           St. Paul, MN 55102

 

At the hearings, the Legislative Hearing Officer will take testimony from all interested parties. At the end of each hearing, a recommendation may be made as to whether the license should be approved, approved with conditions, or referred to an Administrative Law Judge. The City Council will have the final authority to grant or deny the licenses.
