The City of Saint Paul is excited to announce the 2018 Neighborhood Star Program.
The Neighborhood STAR Program provides low-interest loans and
grants for capital/bricks &
mortar improvement projects within the City of Saint Paul.
Since 1995, the Neighborhood STAR Program has
assisted over 945 projects with more than $118 million in
STAR dollars. These funds are estimated to have
generated more than $1.2 billion dollars in private
investment throughout the City of Saint Paul.
Online applications will open on February 14, 2018 with a deadline of Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 4 p.m.
