This week, the Saint Paul City Council approved over $780,000 in funding to 40 projects from Round 2 of the Cultural STAR program. This funding will help support various arts organizations, festivals, music events, dance and theatre performances, and art installations that will draw visitors from across the region to the city of Saint Paul.
