Four Level III predatory offenders are relocating in St. Paul, and registered to live in the following area:

 

Corey Claflin 11/14/1977 has registered to live in the 1200 block of Dayton Ave, St. Paul, MN.

 

Sia Vang 12/08/1984 has registered to live in the 600 block of Sherburne Ave St Paul, MN.

 

Frederick Hamilton 09/30/1956 has registered to live in the 400 block of Sherburne Ave, St. Paul, MN.

 

Russel Williams 09/05/1962 has registered to live in the 300 block of Sherburne Ave St Paul, MN.

 

A community notification meeting regarding these offenders will be held on Thursday Nov 16th, 2017 at 6pm.  The meeting will take place at the St. Paul Police Department Western District located at 389 Hamline Ave N, Saint Paul MN 55101.
