ZooBoo is Back for One More Year of Fright-Free Fun Now in its 30th year, Como Friends ZooBoo is a non-scary, family-friendly Halloween event that benefits Como Park Zoo and Conservatory. This magical 4 night event offers families a safe trick-or-treating alternative plus many Halloween surprises such as animal visitors, live entertainment and craft projects. Perfect for kids 3-8 year old. All proceeds from this fundraiser help the plants and animals at Como Park Zoo and Conservatory Thrive! 2017 is a special milestone year for ZooBoo. Not only is it the 30th Anniversary of the event but it is also the final year of ZooBoo in its current design. Thanks to the incredible support from our attendees, volunteers, donors, partnering organizations, and the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory staff, this family tradition has been a wonderful fundraiser for Como Friends and Como Park Zoo and Conservatory. Due to significant construction of a new Seals and Sea Lions habitat in the heart of the campus -- and a need to refresh ZooBoo, it will come to a close this year and we will launch something new in 2019. Tickets can be used any of the 4 nights of ZooBoo! ZooBoo will be held rain or shine and tickets are non-refundable. Early Bird Discount tickets will stop being sold on October 21 at 3:00 pm.
