Read Down

October is Teen Read Down Month!

Teens (ages 12-18) can eliminate $1 in fines for every 15 minutes of reading in the library.

“We want to make the library as accessible as possible for everyone,” said Saint Paul Public Library Director, Jane Eastwood. “We especially want youth to use the library and enjoy our programs and materials rather than have lingering fines or fees keep them away.”
