Level 3 predatory offenders have relocated in St. Paul, and registered to live in the following areas:

 

Billy Joe Chapman DOB: 08/29/1961 has registered to live in the 700 block of Dayton Ave

 

Bobby Earl Jefferson DOB: 11/07/1979 has registered to live in the200 block of Dayton Ave

 

A community notification meeting regarding the offender's will be held on Thursday, February 11th, 2016 at 6pm. The meeting will take place at the St. Paul Police Dept. Western District, located at 389 N Hamline Ave, St. Paul MN 55104.
