Express Fitness

Express Fitness is a new, low-cost, group fitness program available at select recreation centers. Each class fosters an environment of judgment-free support to help each member make necessary lifestyle changes. Classes include yoga, Zumba, Total Body Fitness, and more.

When: Times vary. View the schedules online. 

Where: Arlington Hills Community Center, El Rio Vista Recreation Center, & Oxford Community Center

Cost: $3 per session, $30 for 12 passes, or $50 for 24 passes

Ages: 13+

Discount Days at Great River Water Park

If you want to check out Great River Water Park for the first time, have a large family, or just like to be thrifty, then these special discount admission days are for you!

• Family Fun & Fitness Fridays - Admission is only $2/person on November 20 & December 18

• Four Dollar Sundays - Admission is only $4/person every Sunday

Adult Broomball

Adult broomball league registration is now open for returning teams. Registration for new teams will open November 16. Broomball is a sport similar to hockey, but played without skates and using a soccer ball instead of a puck and a "broom" instead of a stick. Cost: $375 for resident teams, $425 for non-resident teams
