NEW: Check out Saint Paul's first FootGolf Course!
As of September 10, you can now play FootGolf at Saint Paul's Highland 9 Golf Course every day from 2pm – dusk! FootGolf is a combination of golf and soccer. The object of FootGolf is to get the ball in the hole in the least number of kicks. The player uses a size 5 soccer ball and the cups are 21 inches in diameter. For more information or to schedule a tee time, visit www.golfstpaul.org.
When: Every day this fall from 2pm - dusk.

Cost: $9 per person for 9 holes. $3 for ball rental. $5 replay round.

 21st Annual Saint Paul
Classic Bike Tour
Discover traffic-free glee
on Minnesota's biggest bike tour. Enjoy a 15, 33, or 48 mile route through Saint Paul's beautiful parks and parkways. Rest stops are
spaced evenly throughout the course to provide beautiful views, hot coffee,
cool beverages, tasty local treats, live music and more! Don't miss this
family-friendly Saint Paul tradition. Online registration is now closed, but you can still register the day of the event. For more information, visit bikeclassic.org.

 Buckthorn Blast and Beer Bash
Join Great River Greening in this kick-off event for a multi-year project at Victoria Park in Saint Paul! Volunteers are needed to transform this overgrown river bluff site by stacking and hauling buckthorn, a non-native invasive shrub which threatens new tree growth and crowds out native shrubs, flowers, and grasses.
Afterwards, head to Summit Brewing company for the Buckthorn Beer Bash, a fundraiser to support Great River Greening’s community-based environmental conservation programs.

 Volunteer on National Public Lands Day
Celebrate National Public Lands Day with Saint Paul Natural
Resources by helping to haul brush to enhance the floodplain forest along the Mississippi River in beautiful Hidden Falls Regional Park. A celebratory festival will be held immediately following the volunteer event. Cook food over a fire, go fishing, try geocaching, scale the climbing wall, and more!
