Single Vehicle Crash

On August 15, 2026, at 1:59 P.M., the Stearns County Emergency Communications Center received a 911 call regarding a rollover crash near 33061 County Road 133 in St. Wendel Township. Stearns County Deputies and Sartell Police Department Officers arrived on scene and located a single-vehicle rollover crash. Investigation and witness statements showed the vehicle was traveling north on County Road 133 when it took a curve in the roadway too wide, overcorrected, and entered the east ditch. The vehicle then struck a road approach and rolled. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Emily Rose Bushman, 33, of Sartell. It is believed that during the crash, Bushman was ejected from the vehicle. Bushman was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital by Mayo Ambulance Service with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Investigation is ongoing, but speed and alcohol are believed to be factors in the crash.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Office was assisted on the scene by the Sartell Police Department, St. Joseph Fire Department, and Mayo Ambulance Service.
