Fairhaven Township Crash

On June 6, 2022, at approximately 7:25 AM, the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the intersection of County Road 7 and County Road 146 in Fairhaven Township for a car versus motorcycle crash. Christopher Pull, 60, of South Haven, was driving his motorcycle northbound on County Road 7. Evan Clifford, 24, Ramsey, was driving a passenger car westbound on County Road 146.

Further investigation showed that Clifford had driven through a stop sign and struck Pull’s motorcycle on the side. The crash caused Pull to be thrown off the motorcycle. Clifford’s vehicle rolled over into the ditch after striking the motorcycle. Clifford was able to crawl out of the vehicle on his own. Clifford was not injured. Pull sustained minor injuries and was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital.

Pull was wearing a helmet and protective motorcycle gear. Clifford was issued a citation for careless driving. The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by South Haven Fire and Rescue and Mayo Ambulance.
