Stearns County Parks and the Nordic Ski Club of Central Minnesota challenge you to Ski* during January 2021
Due to COVID-19, we are unable to gather for the traditional Moonlight Ski event but you're encouraged to ski and then register your name in the Moonlight Ski Prize Drawing. (one prize per person) All ages and abilities are encouraged to participate.
To participate, simply Ski* during the month of January at Quarry Park, Mississippi River Park, Warner Lake Park, and/or Kraemer Lake-Wildwood Park. • For each park you ski, register your name in the prize drawing (one entry per park) • Ski all four parks to receive a bonus entry • Join the Nordic Ski Club of Central Minnesota to receive another bonus entry
*If there’s inadequate snow or you’re unable to ski, feel free to snowshoe or hike on the walking trails in these parks.
Fitzharris Ski & Sport: 320-251-2844 and Revolution Cycle & Ski: 320-251-2453 are offering discounted rentals on each Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of January. On Thursday, January 14, 2021, they are offering free ski rentals for the Challenge. January 14th is also Free Parking Day at Quarry Park.
