Stearns County, Mn Tax Forfeited Properties Update

 

Stearns County will be having a tax-forfeited property auction that will be held at the Stearns County Service Center located at 3301 County Road 138, Waite Park, MN 56387 at 7:00 pm on Thursday, November 5^th, 2020.  There will only be 3 properties in total being auctioned off.

 

Due to the ongoing pandemic, we will be staggering out the properties auction start times to limit the number of people within the room. The first property, a house located in St. Cloud, will be auctioned off at 7:00 pm. The next two properties will be spaced out 15 minutes each to allow people to leave who are not interested in the other properties.  Stearns County asks that you only show up for the property that you are interested in bidding on to help maintain social distancing.  Masks will be required to enter the building for the auction. 

 

Here are the properties that will be auctioned off:

 

1. 82.46237.0008 – House with 2 stall detached garage in St. Cloud located at 3605 1^st St N. 

Opening starting bid and time:  $40,000.00 – 7:00 pm

 

1. 04.01828.0001 – Large building in Opole with 2 other out buildings located behind it.

Opening starting bid and time:  $2,000.00 – 7:15 pm

 

1. 84.53576.0000 – Vacant city lot in St. Joseph located at 16 Elm St E

Opening starting bid and time:  $5,000.00 – 7:30 pm
