Body Identified as Philip Miller

On October 4th visitors to Quarry Park in Waite Park found the remains of an adult male floating in a quarry at the park.  The body recovered has been identified as Philip Royal Miller, age 30 of St. Cloud.

This is the same quarry that had been partially drained and searched during the past search for Mr. Miller. Miller had been reported missing and believed to have taken his own life in the park. Despite the searches conducted the body was not found at that time.

The recovered human remains were taken to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy. The body was identified as Philip Royal Miller age 30 of St. Cloud. The preliminary autopsy lists the cause of death as Fresh Water Drowning and the Manner of death as Suicide.
