 June 8-12 was an adventurous week for the actively aging community! Participants climbed walls, kayaked, completed jigsaw puzzles, watched BMX races, played drums, tasted unique foods, experienced new restaurants, walked trails, explored gardens, extended random acts of kindness, danced, and so much more! The week may be over, but adventure can continue! Seek opportunities to try something new! Visit the PRT calendar for a listing of the MANY activities throughout the community all summer long. And of course, try something new when the fall semester of Lifelong Learning kicks off in August!
We extend our appreciation to Next Chapter Home Group for sponsoring the Age Adventurously Days in Rock Hill! We also extend appreciation to the following businesses that donated additional raffle prizes: Bad Ass Coffee; the Country Carrot; Hobo's; Junior Varsity; Mado Bakery; and Nothing Bundt Cakes. Many winners were selected from the passports returned to NSRC. Congratulations to all who embraced the opportunity!
