Seasonal Leaf Collection Begins November 3
City crews will collect leaves curbside across all neighborhoods, with February collections available only by request and ending March 2. Residents should rake leaves to the curb (not bagged), keep them separate from brush, and avoid blocking storm drains or traffic lanes.
YardCarts are available for year-round leaf disposal and can be ordered via an Online Service Request or by calling 803-325-2500.

Pickleball programming will be offered at the City of Rock Hill’s new facility, the Bleachery Fieldhouse, scheduled to open soon at 605 W. White Street! Court reservations, open play, leagues and clinics will be available. City of Rock Hill residents can purchase a membership now!

Storyline is a linear outdoor park connecting Fountain Park to Winthrop University, weaving through the heart of downtown Rock Hill. Along the route, civic spaces and storytelling installations will celebrate Rock Hill’s rich history and the future to come. The success of this concept has been demonstrated in New York City, Atlanta, and Miami.

 The Emmett Scott Recreation Center unveiled its newly renovated gym floor, made possible by the Rock Hill Parks Foundation and generous community donors! This major improvement enhances the programs and events hosted at the Center.
