Chair Yoga

Join Robin for a fun and innovative Chair Yoga class. Chair Yoga has been shown to improve strength, balance, mobility, agility and flexibility; reduce joint pain; and help to relieve symptoms of arthritis along with enhancing mood and positive feelings.
