Staff understand that life happens, and unexpected circumstances arise to change your plans. No problem! We simply ask that you alert staff if you can no longer attend a course/event. Many classes/tours/etc. have long waitlists, and we want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to learn. Please call 803-329-5527 or email lifelonglearning@cityofrockhill.com with any changes or cancelations. Remember that refunds will be given up to seven days before a program starts.

 1) Staff continues to work with the instructors and the schedule to do our best to accommodate waitlists.
2) If a seat becomes available to you for a program for which you are on the waitlist, you will receive an email from the City of Rock Hill with the Subject: Waiting List Notification (see first red arrow above).
3) If you still desire to enroll, click the link (Sign Up Here) at the bottom of the email to register (see second red arrow above).
4) If you are on many waitlists and want to avoid multiple waitlist enrollments, please call staff for assistance! (803-329-5527) Unfortunately, the link in the email only allows you to enroll for one waitlisted item at a time. We know this can be a nuisance, and we are here to assist!
5) Do not worry if you miss the 24-hour window. Simply call the LL@RH office for help (803-329-5527).
We appreciate your involvement with LL@RH!
