waitlist notification

Thank you for your patience as LL@RH staff work to accommodate waitlists in the coming days.

1) If the program for which you are on a waitlist can accommodate more registrants on the same day and same time, you will receive an email similar to the above image. The email will come from City of Rock Hill (noreply@rec1.com) with the subject line: Waiting List Notification: Roster Availability. You will have 24 hours from the time the email was sent to claim your seat. You must complete the registration online or call 803-329-5527 to register. After 24 hours, the online link is no longer available, and you will need to call to claim your seat. Failure to promptly accept the invitation may cause you to forfeit your spot on the waitlist.

2) If you are receiving multiple emails for various waitlists, it will be best to call staff for assistance with registering for these programs.

3) If the facilitator and the spring schedule can accommodate an additional section of the program (different date and time than published), you will receive an email from either Krista Hayes (803-329-5527), Randy O'Dowd or Pam Price (803-325-2568) inviting you to join the newly scheduled program. You will need to call the office to complete your registration as these new sections are for waitlisted individuals only and cannot be seen online.

4) All waitlists will be addressed in the order in which the names appear.

Again, thank you for your patience in this exciting process!

002 Guide to Estate Planning-Seats available!

It was brought to staff's attention during registration that an unnecessary "flag" had inadvertently been placed on this course, preventing many from registering for it. Good News-many seats still remain! Kent Chalmers is a fantastic instructor! You don't want to miss this opportunity!
