 LL@RH is financed and programmed through the City of Rock Hill Parks, Recreation & Tourism Department. Registration fees and sponsorships also help offset expenses. Individual gifts of any size are also accepted to help enhance programming, to expand marketing and to maintain minimal fees for all participants.
