City Offices Closed for Thanksgiving Holiday

City Offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 23 - 24 for the holiday. Thursday trash route will be collected on Friday. We wish you a wonderful Thanksgiving.

The Catawba-Wateree Drought Management Advisory Group has announced that Rock Hill/York County is under a Stage 1 Drought.  We ask our citizens to be mindful of water use under this stage of voluntary conservation.

Service Request

Submitting an Online Service Request is Quick and Easy

Online service requests are a convenient way to request a bulky item pickup such as a washing machine, furniture or limbs that won't fit in your YardCart. Online service requests are also for non-emergency issues such as reporting a street light out, pothole or storm drain debris. 

Submit a service request by noon the business day before your trash collection day. Click the blue "Service Request" button on the City's homepage.
