ESPN8: The Ocho and ACL World Championships Showcase Unique Sports

Rock Hill, South Carolina -- The City of Rock Hill Parks, Recreation & Tourism (PRT) department is excited to highlight these events taking place at Rock Hill PRT facilities. Spectators can join in the fun at the venues or view the action live on ESPN channels.

American Cornhole League (ACL) World Championships
Saturday, July 29 – Sunday, August 6, 2023

This is the fourth consecutive year for the American Cornhole League (ACL) to hold their World Championships at the Rock Hill Sports & Event Center. The event promises over $700,000 in payouts and 30 events, with many airing on ESPN channels and the CBS Sports Network.

Tickets are required for some events.
The ACL has called Rock Hill home since 2021 when they relocated their headquarters and manufacturing site here and established permanent courts for recreation and social activity.

ESPN8: The Ocho returns to Rock Hill for the second straight year with 17 hours of unique sports events aired live on ESPN2 from Manchester Meadows and the Rock Hill Sports & Event Center. Top level events of 11 sports are featured. Events are open to the public and are free except for the SuperHole IV Championship (cornhole).
A Fan Fest experience will be offered at Manchester Meadows with music, food vendors, kid's activities and an adult Big Wheels course. Ocho events at Manchester Meadows are free to attend.

- 1 PM - Professional Cuesports League (SEC)
- 2 PM - TurfWars Invitational: Adult Kickball Championship (MM)
- 3 PM - The Ocho Show (SEC)
- 4 PM - 2023 NWLA Wiffleball All-Stars (MM)
- 5 PM - Major League Table Tennis (SEC)
- 6 PM - 2023 Slippery Stairs (MM)
- 7 PM - Johnsonville SuperHole IV Championship (SEC)
- 8 PM - Johnsonville SuperHole IV Championship (SEC) continues
- 10 PM - Pillow Fight Championship (SEC)
