Rock Hill Tennis Center hours for Memorial Day: 9 AM - 9 PM.


Playing Tennis Is For All Ages

Playing tennis provides physical, social and mental health benefits for players of all ages. Playing tennis 3 hours per week can reduce cardiovascular disease by 56%.  In the long term, tennis players add 9.7 years to life expectancy.
