Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA)
United Way of York County provides free tax preparation assistance to York County families that earn around $56,000 or less annually.
Preparers will assist with income tax preparation at two locations:
- Pathways Community Center, 546 South Cherry Rd, Suite N
- Winthrop University DiGiorgio Student Center, 2020 Alumni Dr

Vendor Applications Open for 2023 Old Town Market
Vendor applications will be accepted until Saturday, April 1, 2023 or until spaces are filled.
The Old Town Market will be held at the Wells Fargo Lot, 101 E. Main Street every Saturday, 8 AM - Noon, May 6 - November 18.

Leaf Collection by Request Only Until February 24
Leaf collection is now by request only and will end Friday, February 24. Any leaf collection requests after February 24 are subject to a service fee.
Leaves can always be placed in a YardCart for year-round collection.
So far during this leaf season, Public Works crews have collected nearly 3,700 tons of leaves and brush.

Gateless Parking Decks at University Center
Decks A & B at University Center now operate as gateless parking garages. University Center is a development that includes the Rock Hill Sports & Event Center, hotel, restaurants, offices and more.
There are multiple ways to pay for parking, such as TextPay, CameraPay or Premium Parking's free mobile app (suggested for frequent parkers).
