The Gullah Geechee Historic Neighborhoods Community Development Corporation continues to make steady progress in serving the Town’s historic neighborhoods, including Bay Gall, Big Hill, Chaplin, Gardner, Grassland, Jarvis, Jonesville, Marshland, Mitchelville, Spanish Wells, Squire Pope, and Stoney.
“Community engagement is at the heart of our mission to connect with residents, revitalize these cherished neighborhoods, and protect their cultural heritage,” said Thomas Boxley, executive director. “We’ve launched our initiatives with strong community participation, and we want to keep that momentum going. We encourage residents to mark their calendars and join us at our upcoming meetings.”
Meetings will be held at 10 a.m. in the Benjamin M. Racusin Council Chambers at Town Hall, 1 Town Center Court, unless otherwise noted:
