Lantern Parading-in-Place - Nov 5, 6 & 7

parade in place
Do to the COVID-19 pandemic, our community is being asked to get creative and light up our Island from a distance. Introducing Hilton Head Island Lantern Parade-in-Place.
Over the course of three nights we are asking our community to put lanterns on display in their yards, balconies or stoops.
We will then have surprise neighborhood visits from Chantelle Rytter and her Krewe with her large scale glowing puppet friends and a few drive-thru public appearances!
We are still asking our community to create lanterns that represent Hilton Head Island's unique ecology, history and people. We are just asking that you celebrate the final culmination of our creativity from the safety of our home homes this year.
