Chief of Staff Jake Wheatley Statement
Rebekkah Ranallo, Senior Manager for the Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services, is moving on for an exciting opportunity in community and economic development. Under Rebekkah’s leadership, the Office of Neighborhood Services reimagined and restructured the city’s public engagement and customer service operations, launched the modernization of the 311 Response Center and buildout of its new Customer Relationship Management system, and led city departments to bring local government services directly to high-need communities through the City in the Streets initiative. I am grateful for the work Rebekkah has done, and know she leaves behind a strong and dedicated team who will continue to deliver equitable, people-centered service to all 90 of our neighborhoods. I offer my heartfelt thanks to Rebekkah and wish her success as she embraces a new exciting chapter in her work to build strong and connected communities. -Chief of Staff Jake Wheatley
