City of Pittsburgh Seeks Residents’ Input on EngagePGH Platform
Office of Neighborhood Services Conducts Survey to Gather Feedback on Digital Engagement
Pittsburgh, PA – The Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services is evaluating how the city informs and connects with residents through EngagePGH, the city’s digital engagement platform. The survey will inform the creation of internal policies and procedures so that all departments are sharing information about their projects clearly and consistently.
EngagePGH hosts hundreds of project pages for residents to access updates on capital and infrastructure projects, planning and budgeting processes, and other city initiatives. The platform is both a way to share information and solicit feedback, ensuring our projects and programs serve residents in a welcoming way so all can thrive. The survey asks residents to share input on:
-
What features matter most to them
-
What would improve residents’ experience with the platform
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. Upon review of the survey results and completion of standard operating procedures for EngagePGH, the Office of Neighborhood Services will publish updated digital engagement standards on the Neighborhood Services Hub portal.
