TRAFFIC ALERT
FORBES AVENUE WILL BE DOWN TO ONE LANE DURING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT STARTING ON MONDAY, AUGUST 5TH
Pittsburgh, PA – Motorists should be aware that People's Gas will be performing construction work on Forbes Avenue in Oakland starting on Monday, August 5, 2024. As a result two of three lanes on Forbes Avenue, between McKee Place and Meyran Avenue, will be closed during the hours of 8 pm - 6 am.
All three travel lanes will be open during normal business hours. The tentative end date for the construction project is Sunday, October 13,2024, however this is subject to change.
Signs & barricades will be in place to alert roadways users of the closure.
