The Philadelphia Water Department (PWD) is hosting an Open House & Career Fair on Saturday, June 7, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will take place at the department’s Bureau of Laboratory Services (BLS) facility located at 1500 E Hunting Park Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19124.

Attend a lead plumbing and water quality info session! Learn about our new Service Line Map and tips to protect your drinking water at home. Plus, hear about ongoing and upcoming lead plumbing initiatives from PWD. Registration is required to attend an info session:

The City of Philadelphia’s Office of Human Resources hiring bus will also be on-site. You will have the opportunity to learn about city-wide positions and complete an online application on the bus.
PWD jobs are reentry-friendly! For individuals who are formerly incarcerated, The City of Philadelphia’s Office of Reentry Partnerships will be on-hand to answer questions and share resources – we encourage you to attend!
No registration is needed to attend the career fair.
