Last Hazardous Waste Drop Off for 2023!
The Streets Department will host its final hazardous waste drop off event of the year this Saturday, November 4, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 3901 N. Delaware Ave.
Take advantage of this free event to dispose of hazardous waste that can harm people, pets, and the environment. These kinds of materials may be:
- Toxic
- Corrosive
- Flammable
- Reactive

Keep Drains Clear with Leaf Pickup
The Philadelphia Streets Department just announced their fall leaf recycling schedule, which can help your block keep local storm drains clear during the fall season. Remember to never rake leaf piles onto your storm drains, and use this schedule to take advantage of Philly's recycling services:
