Everything the Philadelphia Water Department (PWD) does is funded by your water bill. PWD wants to make sure we're providing you with the best possible experiences.
Conducted in partnership with ImpactED at the University of Pennsylvania, our annual customer feedback survey gives PWD an updated look at how Philadelphians feel about our drinking water, stormwater, wastewater, and other services.
Your responses help shape what we do. Together, we can work on what matters most to you.
Plus, you'll be enrolled in a raffle to win $100!
- Any Philadelphia resident 18 and older is eligible.
- The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and is available in Spanish.
- You cannot take the survey more than once.
- Answers and personal information will be kept completely confidential.
