Ensure Your Application is Complete

The most common reason for denied water bill assistance is an incomplete application, so make sure you read the application checklist carefully! Here’s a few documents you may need:

  • Current Driver’s License or City ID with address
  • Two utility bills from the last 6 months showing your address
  • W2 or paystubs from the last 12 months covering 30 consecutive days for each person in your home over 18
