The proposed project is part of Philadelphia's 25-year Green City, Clean Waters program, an effort that is responsible for adding thousands of new green spaces to our neighborhoods since 2011.
Together, we're protecting local waterways from stormwater pollution and sewer overflows while making our blocks greener, healthier places to live.
