Struggling with your water bill? Need help filling out applications for LIHEAP?
We are holding the second 2019 West Philly Utility Fair to offer walk-in help hours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

What: Get in-person help from customer service employees and fill out assistance applications from Philadelphia Gas Works, LIHEAP specialists, PECO, and the Philadelphia Water Department. Philadelphia Revenue staff will be on hand to help with property taxes and more.

Where: AW Christy Rec Center, 728 S. 58th Street.

When: Saturday, Nov. 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Customers who want to get forms filled out and submitted should bring:
- Photo ID
- Social Security Card
- Current Proof of Income: If you are applying for lower water bills, bring proof of income from the last 30 days for you and everyone in the household over 18.
- Your most recent water, electric and gas bills.
Food and drinks will be provided!
