If you or someone you know fell behind on a water bill and got a shut off notice, it's important to pay now or get in touch: there will be no second notice this spring.

No. 1 method

ZipCheck Automatic Bank Transfer

  • Once you set up ZipCheck, your bill will automatically be paid on time every month.
  • ZipCheck does not charge a fee.
  • Follow these instructions from the Department of Revenue or  click the here to get set up:

  • For paying online or over the phone, use the 16-digit account number located on the upper-right of your bill, under the nine-digit Water Access Code.
  • Your Water Access Code is NOT the same. You only need this nine-digit code when applying for assistance
