What's better for you: senior discount or TAP? One application lets you know.

Many Philadelphia seniors are aware of the Philadelphia Water Department's 25-percent discount for qualifying customers 65 and older.

But with our new Tiered Assistance Program (TAP), those residents could be getting even lower water bills. 

When you fill out our one-stop customer assistance application, we look at all the information provided and set you up with the program that provides the biggest savings.
