4000 pounds of plastic collected!
Over 4000 pounds of plastic has been collected through the Lower Merion Plastic Recycling Challenge!
A bench made out of the materials collection has been delivered to Riverbend, and the student-led group behind this effort plans to continue collecting plastic to make more benches for the community.
Flexible plastic like grocery bags, bread bags, and bubble wrap can be dropped off at Riverbend, Ludington Library, Lower Merion Starbucks locations, the ACME in Bryn Mawr and the Giant in Wynnewood
