Staff will present information to the Board of Commissioners, regarding the 2024 Proposed Budget. The public is encouraged to attend and observe. This Workshop does not include a time for public comment but is a staff presentation to the Board of Commissioners.

Refuse and Recycling Collection
for the Week of September 4th
The Labor Day Holiday is on September 4th. A refuse and
recycling holiday collection will be in effect September 4th - 8th.
All Township Offices and Facilities
will be closed on Monday, September 4, 2023.
All Lower Merion Libraries will be closed
September 2nd through 4th for the Labor Day holiday.

ARP Non-Profit Vitality Grant Program
The Lower Merion Township ARP (American Rescue Program) Non-Profit Vitality Grant Program provides financial assistance to non-profit entities operating within and benefitting residents in Lower Merion. This grant program aims to bolster the vitality of non-profit organizations by offering one-time funding opportunities to implement impactful projects and initiatives that address both impacts from the pandemic and the diverse needs of the community.
Applicants should complete the full ARP Application 2023-2024 packet and return one electronic and one physical copy of the completed application with all required attachments by October 17, 2023.

Game Designer, Doug Levandowski will provide you with the skills and information needed to be ready for your first Role Playing Game. Doug Levandowski (he/him) is a teacher and game designer from New Jersey. His work includes Kids on Bikes (2019 Gold ENnie award winner for Best Family Product), Teens in Space (2020 Origins Award winner for best RPG), Kids on Brooms, and Duel of Wands. In addition, he’s published a handful of indie RPGs, journaling games, and supplements. His upcoming projects include Home, Kids in Capes, and Fast Cars & Family. With his designs, he loves finding out just how minimalist he can make rules while still helping players to see just how creative they can be. This is a virtual event.

Teen Community Service for Montgomery County SPCA
6:00pm - 7:30pm, Wednesday, September 13, 2023
Need some community service hours for school? Come to the library! We will have pizza and soda before we start. Please bring in an old clean T-shirt and/or some old clean blankets or towels. We will make upcycled cat and dog toys, then learn to make tasty no-bake dog treats. We will donate everything to the Montgomery County SPCA. Do you like to draw or write? Have you ever wanted to make your own comic book? Join us for our Comic Book Club, a weekly meet-up where kids can collaborate and create their own comics!
