Lower Merion Open House,
Saturday, May 14th 10am-1pm.
A free family friendly event. Come see inside Police Cars, Fire Trucks, Trash Trucks and Ambulances. Our Police Department K-9 Officers will be there with their Police Dogs to show some of their training and tricks. Take a tour of the Police Station and grab a snack. Hope to see you at this fun event!

Ardmore Memorial Day Concert, Parade and Ceremony Returns!
After a 2 year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ardmore Memorial Day Parade Committee is pleased to announce its return on Monday, May 30!

Appetite for Books
Rescheduled for May 14th
Due to inclement weather forecasted for Saturday, May 7th, the event Appetite for Books rescheduled to our rain date of Saturday, May 14th from 7-9pm.
Please be advised: We are planning (and hoping for) beautiful weather on Saturday, May 14th so that we can hold the Appetite for Books outside as envisioned. In the event that nature doesn’t comply, Appetite for Books will take place inside the library.
Tickets are $35 /person OR $65/couple when purchased in advance, or $40/person at the door.

Sanitary Sewer Bills Mailing June 1, 2022
Expect your bill to arrive in your mailbox soon after.
Sanitary Sewer Facts:
- Lower Merion’s sewer rate of $4.51 per 1,000 gallons of water consumption has not been increased since 2012
- The sewer rate is the lowest among area municipalities that bill sewer based on water consumption
- The sewer bill is a utility and is NOT paid by your mortgage company
- Pay within the first 60 days to receive a 2% discount

 Ardmore Master Plan Kick Off
May 26, 2022 @ 4pm
The Ardmore Master Plan Steering Committee Kick-Off Walking Tour will be on Thursday May 26, 2022. This is the first meeting of the Ardmore Master Plan Committee and it will start in the 2nd floor of the Township Administration Building in the Board Room at 4 pm.
Residents and interested parties are welcomed to accompany the tour, however, the consultant will be not accepting comments or answering questions from the public at that time.
Further public meetings will be scheduled and posted, stay tuned!

 Rain Barrels, Composting Bins and Worm Farms Available for Purchase at the Township Building!
Rain Barrels, Composting Bins and Worm Farms can be purchased Monday through Friday at the Building and Planning Department counter on the first floor of the Township Administration Building between 8:15 and 4:30 p.m. Forms of payment include cash, checks, and credit cards.
