We Are Requesting Your Feedback On The 2021/22 Proposed Seasons and Bags
The Pennsylvania Game Commission is seeking input on the proposed 2021-22 waterfowl hunting seasons, which can be found online here.
Don’t miss waterfowl biologist, Nate Huck, who will be LIVE on the Game Commission’s Facebook page on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 1:00 PM to discuss and answer questions about the proposed seasons.
Public comments will be accepted through March 21, 2021. Those interested can send comments via letter to Game Commission headquarters or via email at waterfowlcomments@pa.gov.
For those who have been enjoying watching the Pennsylvania Game Commission’s black bear den cam this week, you may also like one of our other wildlife cams currently available.
A total of four Game Commission livestreams are planned to run into the spring of 2021 which includes two bald eagle cams, a snow goose cam, and the black bear den cam. This is the seventh year for the livestream at the Hanover nest, located at Codorus State Park and the first egg of the year was spotted this week. Bald eagles typically lay eggs in mid-February and, if the eggs are viable, they’ll hatch in mid- to late March, with young fledging in June, but continuing to stop back at the nest.
The livestreams are a collaborative effort by the Game Commission, @HDOnTap and Comcast Business.
