Join County Executive Innamorato on May 9th in Boyce Park for a Family Friendly County Connect Event!

We hope you'll join us at Boyce Park for a family-friendly, Spring kick-off County Connect!

County Connect is an informal, open-house style opportunity to engage with County departments including the Allegheny County Department of Sustainability, Allegheny County Department of Human Services, the Allegheny County Health Department, Allegheny County Economic Development, County Executive Innamorato and staff, and more!

Food and drinks will be served, and we will have activities for kids including: 

• Allegheny County Police Horse
• Mr. McSlithers 
• Allegheny County Park Rangers 
• Arts and Crafts  

Please feel free to share this with your neighbors and anyone else who you think may be interested in learning more about County services and sharing their concerns and ideas with us. 

If you can't make it, don't worry! We will be hosting more County Connects throughout the County in 2026.

Mr. McSlithers Mr. McSlithers is a Black Rat Snake and is the Allegheny County Park Rangers Educational Animal. His favorite thing about working with the Rangers is teaching children and adults about local snake species, including why snakes are important to the ecosystem and how snakes are beneficial to people. He lives at the Boyce Park Administration Building but loves to travel throughout the county visiting schools and events.
