The Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board (OWEB) is now accepting online applications for the Winter 2027 Open Solicitation Grant Offering.
These grants support voluntary efforts by Oregonians to protect and restore healthy watersheds, including actions supporting the Oregon Plan for Salmon and Watersheds and the Oregon Wildlife Action Plan.
Open Solicitation grant funds are available for restoration projects that protect or restore fish and wildlife habitat and/or natural watershed functions, to improve water quality and/or streamflow. Grant funds may also be used for resource assessments, planning, design and engineering, technical assistance, and engagement activities needed to carry out projects that protect or restore fish and wildlife habitat or natural watershed functions, including improvements to water quality and streamflow.

- Restoration (25% match is required)
- Technical Assistance (5% match is required)
