New OWEB Open Solicitation Application Timing

The Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board (OWEB) is shifting the timing of the Open Solicitation Grant Applications to address seasonal barriers affecting the grant review process, including weather conditions that are unsafe for site visits and travel. Below is a summary of the new application timing.

*While the Winter 2027 application is during the 2025-2027 biennium, awards will occur in July 2027, which is in the 2027-2029 biennium.

Grant solicitation announcements will be distributed through GovDelivery and posted on OWEB’s website when the applications are open to applicants.

This cycle shift does not apply to the upcoming Natural and Working Lands Restoration and Technical Assistance solicitation, which launches on Wednesday, February 5th.
