Because of current COVID-19 social distancing restrictions, OWEB is extending the deadline for open solicitation applications to May 11, 2020 by 5:00pm.

OWEB is now accepting online applications for the Spring 2020 Open Solicitation Grant Offering for the following grant types:

Grant applications are due May 11, 2020 by 5:00pm and must be submitted via OWEB's online grant application system. The OWEB Board will make grant awards at the October 2020 board meeting.

These grants support voluntary efforts by Oregonians to protect and restore healthy watersheds, including actions in support of the Oregon Plan for Salmon and Watersheds and the Oregon Comprehensive Wildlife Conservation Strategy. OWEB anticipates making $9 million available through this solicitation. Funding is from Oregon Lottery revenue and federal Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Funds through the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
